Tourniquet SAM XT, black

• The best emergency medical tourniquet on the market today - SAM XT
• SAM XT tourniquet (Extremity Tourniquet) – from American manufacturers SAM Medical, who have been producing tactical medical products for over 30 years, this tourniquet is one of the newest, most convenient, and effective tourniquets designed for use in real conditions. In cases of massive limb bleeding, mortality is reduced by up to 85%. These results and 100% product reliability make this tourniquet one of the best and most convenient on the market. Perfect for supplementing a car or office first aid kit.
• The main advantage of this tourniquet is its application time due to the convenient and innovative design that has improved it even further:
• 1. The metal C-shaped ratchet locking loop is stronger than in previous tourniquets, the possible locking from both sides ensures comfortable use of the tourniquet with both hands.
• 2. The tightening ratchet is made of 6061-T6 steel. Because the ratchet is made of metal, it is much more reliable than similar tourniquets with plastic ratchets.
• 3. Truforce buckle – stronger, prevents the belt from loosening. Truforce technology prevents bending by mechanically securing the belt by tensioning it.
• 4. The belt is made from a single layer of nylon webbing and has an additional hook and loop system that secures it. This technology is much more effective than a Velcro system, which can fail when exposed to water or dirt.
• 5. The stabilizing plate – a more comfortable and reinforced plate that bends well but adapts well to the body's shape, causing less discomfort to the victim while maintaining targeted pressure.
• The SAM XT (Extremity Tourniquet) has been produced since 2017 and is included in the TSCC recommendations list.
