The composition of the kit complies with the description of the First Aid Kit approved by the Minister of Health on July 11, 2003, order No. V-450 (as amended by order No. V-2876 on December 10, 2020).

Who is required to have a first aid kit

• According to point 1 of the First Aid Kit description, the kit must be present in all institutions and companies. The exception is institutions subject to a separate description of the first aid kit for healthcare institutions.
• Point 3 allows the company or institution, depending on the nature of the activity, to supplement the kit with other tools.
• According to the manufacturer Citreum, the kits comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices, and the first aid supplies are registered in the EUDAMED system.
