From January 1, 2023, drivers without a first aid kit that has been updated may face a fine of ten to twelve euros (according to Article 417, paragraph 7). It is also important to have a new composition first aid kit during the vehicle technical inspection (TA). If the first aid kit for the vehicle is not properly assembled or lacks all necessary components, a \"minor deficiency\" is recorded. This does not cause significant obstacles to obtaining a positive inspection result (if there are no other technical deficiencies), and drivers can legally participate as traffic participants.
