Using a cold compress

Place it in a fabric bag and apply it to the painful area. If necessary, repeat the procedure. Never rupture the bag, as the contents (carboxymethylcellulose and propylene glycol) may cause nausea and gastrointestinal disturbances. If ingested, seek medical attention or contact a poison control centre.

Using a warm compress

• Place the compress in boiling water for 7 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute at 650W, and it will become a hot pack (effective heater). Carefully remove and place it in a fabric bag or wrap it in cloth and apply it to the required area. For external use. Heats for about 30 minutes.
• Do not use if the bag is damaged.
• Warnings. Do not immerse, keep away from food, keep out of reach of children and animals, keep away from fire and heating devices.
