1.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and will comply with these rules. The rules together with your order constitute a purchase-sale or rental agreement.
1.4. Some provisions of these rules apply only to consumers, i.e. when you purchase the product for your personal needs. If you purchase the product for purposes related to your profession, business, trade, or craft, the consumer protection provisions do not apply to you – this is separately indicated in section 7.
1.5. Your personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy.
2. Order and contract formation
2.1. You order items by adding them to the cart and filling out the order form. Please check that you have correctly provided your name, surname, phone number, email address, and delivery address – the item will be sent based on this information, and the invoice will be issued.
2.2. The contract is considered concluded when the Seller receives your order and payment and sends an order confirmation by email.
2.3. If the ordered goods are not available, we will contact you and offer to replace the item or refund the money paid for it.
2.4. For larger quantities, company orders, or public procurement, you can request a separate offer by filling out the form Get a quote.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. All prices displayed in the store are in euros, including 21% value-added tax. The delivery cost is calculated separately and shown before payment.
3.2. Payment for goods is made using the payment methods specified in the store. The order is processed upon receipt of payment.
3.3. We issue and send the VAT invoice by email. If you need an invoice in the name of a company, please provide the company name, code, and address when placing the order.
4. Delivery of goods
4.1. We deliver goods to your chosen parcel self-service terminal or by courier. Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the item:
- standard items – €2.99;
- larger items – €5.99;
- large items that do not fit into the parcel terminal and are delivered by courier – €16.00;
- non-bulk items, mannequins, and equipment that shipping services do not transport under standard conditions – delivery is arranged separately. For such items, this is indicated separately, and the price and method are coordinated with you before dispatch.
4.2. You can pick up the goods for free in Vilnius, S. Žukausko g. 35. When choosing pickup, come only after receiving a notification that the order is ready.
4.3. The delivery time indicated for each product is preliminary. Although we always strive to dispatch the product as quickly as possible, preparation may take longer due to a high volume of orders or the busyness of shipping services.
4.4. Upon receiving the shipment, check that the item is undamaged and that all ordered items are included in the shipment. If you notice that any item is missing or the shipment is damaged, immediately write to info@militra.lt.
5. Product characteristics and quality
5.1. The properties of the goods are specified next to each product description. We are committed to providing goods that meet the information specified in the description and the requirements set by law.
5.2. Please note that the colour, shape or other parameters of the product in the photo may differ from the actual ones due to your screen's characteristics or settings. Such differences are not considered defects in the product.
5.3. If the product is of unsatisfactory quality, you, as a consumer, have the right under Article 6.364¹ of the Civil Code to choose to request the product to be repaired or replaced, and if that is not possible – to request a proportional reduction in the price or unilaterally terminate the contract and return the product. Please contact us at info@militra.lt, specify your order number and describe the defect; if possible, attach a photo.
5.4. The seller is responsible for product defects that were present at the time of delivery and became apparent no later than two years from the date of delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal within 14 days (for consumers)
6.1. If you purchased the product as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without stating a reason (Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code).
6.2. The term is calculated from the day you or the person you specified received the item. If you ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately – from the day you received the last item. In the case of rental items – from the date of contract conclusion.
6.3. You can notify about the contract cancellation in two ways: fill out the form Withdraw from the contract – it is continuously accessible at the bottom of every page, and we will send a confirmation of receipt with the submission date and time immediately – or write to us at info@militra.lt. In the notice, please indicate your name, surname, order number, and that you are cancelling the contract, or provide a completed sample contract cancellation form.
6.4. The returned item must be unused, undamaged, retain its commercial appearance, have labeling tags and be in its original packaging.
6.5. Send or deliver the product to S. Žukausko g. 35, Vilnius, immediately and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you notified about the withdrawal from the contract.
6.6. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods (Article 6.228¹¹ of the Civil Code).
6.7. We will refund the money no later than 14 calendar days from the day we received your notice of contract cancellation, using the same method you used for payment. We will refund all amounts you have paid, including delivery costs; if you chose a delivery method that is not the cheapest standard delivery, the additional costs will not be refunded. We can only refund the money after we receive the product or you provide proof that you have sent the product.
6.8. If you cancel the goods rental agreement after the rental has already started, you must proportionally compensate for the rental up to the moment of notification of the cancellation of the agreement.
7. Which items cannot be returned
7.1. The right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply to these contracts (Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code):
- for service contracts under which services are fully provided to the consumer and which stipulate the consumer's obligation to pay the price, provided that the consumer's clear consent and acknowledgment that they will lose the right to withdraw from the contract was obtained before the services were provided, when the entrepreneur has fully performed the contract;
- for contracts under which the price of goods sold or services provided depends on fluctuations in the financial market during the contract withdrawal period;
- for contracts for goods made according to the special instructions of the consumer, i.e., goods that are not pre-manufactured and are made according to the consumer's personal choice or instruction, regardless of whether the goods have begun to be manufactured or not, or for goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (for example, first aid kits assembled according to your provided composition or products with your ordered labeling);
- for contracts for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
- for contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (for example, opened packages of disposable gloves, shoe covers, medical masks, earplugs, sterile dressings, and other sterile or hygiene items, breathing masks, and disposable airway accessories);
- for contracts concerning goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- for contracts for alcoholic beverages, the price of which is set when concluding the purchase-sale agreement and which are delivered within thirty days from the conclusion of the agreement, and the actual value of the beverages depends on market fluctuations;
- for contracts concluded when the consumer has made a specific request to the entrepreneur for their arrival to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work. If in this case the entrepreneur provides more additional services than the consumer specifically indicated, or sells more additional goods than necessary for the repair or maintenance work, the right to withdraw from the contract applies to those additional services or goods;
- for contracts for packaged video or audio recordings or packaged software that have been unpacked after delivery;
- for contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for contracts for the subscription of these publications;
- for contracts made at public auction;
- for accommodation, goods transport, car rental, catering or leisure services contracts, if a specific date or period for the provision of services is specified in the contract;
- for contracts for the provision of digital content that have begun to be performed and in which the user is obliged to pay the price, if the user has clearly agreed in advance that the contract is to be performed, even though the deadline for the right to withdraw from the contract has not expired, it is recognized that the right to withdraw from the contract is lost, and the entrepreneur has provided a document confirming this.
7.2. Food products, plants, and animals of appropriate quality are non-exchangeable and non-returnable (Point 15 of the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on June 11, 2001, No. 697).
7.3. If you purchased the product for purposes related to your profession, business, trade, or craft, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to you, and you will not be able to return the purchased goods, except in cases where the product is of unsatisfactory quality. In the case of equipment rental, the paid rental fee is non-refundable.
7.4. The restrictions specified in this section do not apply when the product is of unsatisfactory quality – in this case, your rights are specified in section 5.
8. Product rental
8.1. Some items – training manikins, training defibrillators, stretchers, and other equipment – can be not only purchased but also rented. The rental period, pickup, and return times are arranged separately by writing to info@militra.lt or calling +370 610 00141.
8.2. You must use the rented equipment for its intended purpose and return it in the condition you received it, taking into account normal wear and tear. You are responsible for any damage to or failure to return the equipment according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
9.1. If you are not satisfied with the product or service, please first write to info@militra.lt. We respond within 24 hours on business days, and we provide a written response to the complaint no later than 14 calendar days.
